001. Treat me as you’d like to be treated. If an issue arises, we should try to discuss things and find a solution. The fix might be easier than you think! Note: If we’ve been mutuals for a while, but never interact, I may unfollow / softblock to keep my dash clean. I’ll understand if you do the same. You can always talk to me about it or re-follow. 002. I can churn out short replies much faster than long ones, but I’m more than happy to write novella if you’re patient with me! Length isn’t an issue as long as you provide enough to work with. If you reply to multiple paragraphs with two sentences, we’re not a match. 003. This blog is multiship. Chemistry is paramount. life after death? Upon death, a person becomes a reaper or an angel. Reapers are responsible for ensuring that specific souls meet their death. After putting in the work, they're able to move on and rest in peace. In times of hardship, when the death tolls are high, reapers are in large demand. In times of peace, fewer "new hires" are necessary. These lucky individuals get to bypass the purgatory reapers occupy and are fast-tracked as "angels" to their own concept of the afterlife. how it works. Reapers do not run around, swinging scythes at people. In fact, they are heavily discouraged from directly causing death. They function more as supervisors, coming into contact with the individuals they've been assigned and verifying that they meet their end. Occasionally, someone slips through the cracks. One such person is Lucky Louisa. Slated for death since birth, her case was passed from reaper to reaper for years before being given to Felix as a joke. He considers her his nemesis.

brief summary. The year is nineteen seventy-something. The summer of love has long since passed, but its spirit burns on in the heart of Felix and his adoration for his girlfriend. All he can do is hold on tight and enjoy the ride as Aimee Emigh (known better as Amy Amy) and her explosive vocals quickly catapult her into music legend. His life is an eternal summer of excitement, much more than he'd ever dreamt of as a gas jockey in a nameless town.At the height of her popularity, Aimee and Felix are found massacred in a hotel room. The news coverage is never-ending, pointing fingers at the dangers of modern society in reference to the killer fan who believed that if he couldn't have Amy, no one would.Decades have passed. Upon death, Felix was metamorphosed into a reaper. This, he was assured, was typical. The afterlife is not what it seems. He spends his days checking names off a list for little profit. It's simple work. He's good at it. It keeps him busy. In life, he had no real prospects and zero goals. Like this, at least, he has what most would consider a career. Rather than eventually moving on, Felix has held on to his half-life longer than most. As time trudges forward, he reminisces more and more about his previous existence and more and more he loses touch with the man named Felix Flickman.

WELCOME TO THE WORKING WEEK. main / DEFAULT.
Felix Flickman does what he can to ensure the continuation of his precious little afterlife. He isn't ready to move on, but eternity as a reaper isn't what most would strive for. Things are a little different now that he's been assigned a partner. After decades flying solo, it's hard for him to adjust to the idea of letting someone else into his life.

Aimee Emigh.
His sun, moon, and stars. As a singer, she was murdered at the tender age of 27 just minutes after Felix was attacked. As a reaper, she has no idea he exists. If they were to meet again, there's no guarantee the same sparks would fly once more.

Louisa Chang.
Referred to in certain circles as "Lucky Louisa" or even simply "Lucky." A thorn in the side of reapers everywhere, Louisa has been slated for an early death since birth. Somehow, she always makes a narrow escape. Currently, her case is assigned to Felix.

Bonnie Blythe.
"The Rookie," if only because she died long after he did. Working together was enough of a shock to his system; living together is pure madness. it's not all bad—better than mumbling to himself, at least. after so long, he'd nearly forgotten what friendship felt like.
